The main task of the stage:

1. Improvement of the interferometer, aimed at reducing the parasitic interference pattern.

The measuring unit of hardware and software is based on a Fourier spectrometer. Accordingly, one of the main components of its optical system is a Michelson interferometer:

In fact, at the output of the interferometer are available just two interference patterns: useful (1), by recording which is formed interferogram required to obtain a desired spectrum, and parasitic concentric rings of small diameter, which is due to unwanted reflection beams from the edges beamsplitter plate (2).

During improving the model sample measurement module with a MgF2 plate was replaced with a plate of ZnSe (refractive index of about 2.45), with the appropriate anti-reflective coating. These changes have greatly improved the quality of the spectra obtained due to reduction of parasitic interference pattern, and thus, increase the signal-to-noise ratio at the receiver output.

Development of spectra registration path

In the order of finalizing of spectra registration path spectra a new Infratec LIM-262 IR receiver was used, which, compared with the previous one, has a much higher sensitivity and better noise

and frequency characteristics.

A new circuit of receiver signal amplifier and ADC was developed.

In recent years, a variety of devices, including measuring devices are increasingly equipped with a web user interface (WUI). Web user interface is a set of tools with which the user interacts with the website or web application through a browser. Equipment developed hardware-software system will allow access to the measuring module from any desktop or laptop computer, connected to this local area network, and in the case of a part of the measuring module Wi-Fi adapter - also from mobile devices (tablet, smart phone, etc.). This accessibility does not depend either on the hardware configuration of the client device, or from the OS installed on it, and other software - is obligatory only availability of the client device, a full-featured web browser.

Interferogram processing requires significant computing resources. For this purpose, measuring module needs appropriate CPU power. At the same time the CPU can successfully manage the module hardware during the measurement process.This eliminates the need to install on the client device, a specialized (and tied to a particular operating system) software, as well as avoid the issues related to its service and maintenance in operational condition.

During the development of hardware and software of the model sample, such as multi-function controller used compact computer based on Mini-ITX form factor VIA Technologies Inc motherboard VIA EPIA ML6000EA with VIA Eden 600 MHz processor.Important advantages of this board are the small dimensions (170 x 170 mm) and low power consumption (less than 22 W, of which only 7 W falls on CPU) and passive cooling, which greatly simplifies its placement in the housing managed by the equipment.

CONCLUSIONS

During the period under review on the subject the following works: 1. Improvement of the interferometer, aimed at reducing the parasitic interference pattern.

2. Development of elements and nodes registration path spectra: receiver signal amplifier and ADC.

3. Development of mock-control scheme, identified the necessary hardware and software development started, which should fully comply with the performance standards for hardware and software.
