60% of the things that we do fall in our comfort zone,But we should make sure that at least 40% things fall in the courage zone.

Revisit this Ratio in every 18 – 36 months.On revisiting we might find that those activities that were in our courage zone have now become our comfort zone.If we do not re visit regularly, we might become redundant.

BUILD YOURSELF

Build yourself by identifying white spaces.

White spaces are areas where a company or a strategy or an authority is VAGUE, where useful information or entrepreneurial activity can flourish.

The equivalent career planning is how to go after uncontested Career space and make competition irrelevant.

Unless one goes after those white spaces he will not be able to make an impact or build himself.
