  • Make people reject you by being mean, arrogant, uncaring, and gossiping about others
  • Constantly put yourself in situations that you know will make you uncomfortable or unhappy
  • Worry about things you cant control
  • Hang around nasty and negative people believing you can change them
  • Cultivate negative attitudes about the place you work and focus on its potential problems all the time
  • Spent most of your time blaming others
  • Think of everything or everyone who is smarter , wealthier, better looking, or better connected than you are

  • Reject any help from others (after asking for it)
  • Plan your retirement 20 years from now
  • Insist that you are no good, unskilled, unlovable, and incapable
  • Think of all the things you used to do but cant do any more
  • Make of list of everyone who is out to get you
  • Review every mistake you have made in your life and the consequences
  • Be constantly dieting, saving money, and waiting to have fun when everything is perfect
