WE DELIVER At Addcel, we drive greater value by constantly pushing forward. Our 23,000 square feet custom-built yard is fully equipped with the latest fabrication equipment, such as the auto-cut cum bevelling machines and auto-welding machines, enabling us to fulfill diverse fabrication demands. By using only our direct workforce, as well as our in-house ERP Project Management software, we gain superior control over scheduling, quality and safety. Employing cutting-edge technology together with a skilful workforce and good project planning underpins our strategy for maximising operational efficiency.

Design and BuildOur expertise lies in our ability to design and build utility systems to exacting standards for our client. With each project, our goal is to deliver the best results through good design, value engineering, planning and project execution.

Prefabrication / DfMAOur engineers help clients identify prefabrication possibilities so that most of the work can be carried out in our fabrication yards. Our production facilities possess a full range of equipment to facilitate fabrication and material handling, allowing us to cut down production time and drive enhanced productivity for our clients.

Construction ImplementationOur construction implementation solutions are as follows:

i. Structural SteelAs a BCA Specialist Builder, we provide our client the option for fast track steel construction. Our Malaysia fabrication yard enables us to price our services competitively.

ii. PipingWe have a proven track record for our piping works within various industries. Our clients can choose from a wide selection of piping materials to suit different applications and process mediums.

iii. Storage Tanks & SilosOur tankage team streamlines the tankage construction process with prefabrication works and the automation of welding works. In addition to conventional tank construction methods, our team also utilise Jack-Up systems and LIPP systems to achieve safer and faster results.

iv. Equipment InstallationWe are a one-stop service provider for the moving and installation of a range of heavy equipment. As part of our installation services, we manage LTA’s road clearances, cargo escorts and equipment alignments to meet our clients’ specific requirements.

Facility and Plant MaintenanceWe specialise in facility and plant maintenance work broadly divided into three categories: daily routine maintenance, preventive shut-down maintenance and predictive maintenance. To prolong the service lifespan of our client’s infrastructure and equipment, we offer a complete suite of maintenance services within these three categories.

Design and Build

Utility systems are the unseen but vital lifeline to the functioning of buildings and entire process networks. In order to drive efficiency and productivity during the construction of such systems, our design team utilises BIM (Building Information Modeling). Creating a digital model beforehand to predict and eliminate potential inefficiencies during the physical construction process, we save time and money, improve onsite productivity, and minimise rework during the construction process.

Given the various challenges of on-site project implementations, prefabrication has become an increasingly important part of construction works. Our engineers help clients identify prefabrication possibilities that can be carried out in our fabrication yards, such as equipment and associated piping and controls that can be skid mounted and modularised, so that most of the work can be completed within our fabrication yards before they are integrated onsite. Our production facilities possess a full spread of equipment to facilitate prefabrication and material handling, ensuring quality, cost-effective and efficient solutions. From trimming construction time to optimizing the use of resources, our prefabrication team drives enhanced safety, productivity and profitability for our clients.

Our tankage team has redefined the construction of in-situ tanks for bulk storage through deploying new construction methodology and streamlining processes for greater efficiency.

In addition to conventional tank construction methods, we also use jack-up systems and LIPP systems to help clients storage solutions designed to deliver the highest safety and quality outcomes. Our tanks can be made of various materials, such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel and Super Duplex Stainless Steel to suit different applications and process mediums.



Equipment Installation


Equipment Installation

We are the one-stop service provider for the moving and installation of heavy equipment. Our in-house installation team promises seamless execution from start to finish. We receive equipment packages at the port or client storage facilities and transport them to the project sites, securely hoisting and installing the equipment. We develop and implement plans to manage cargo escorts, LTA’s road clearances, and equipment installations and alignments to meet our clients’ specific requirements.

Facility and Plant Maintenance

We specialise in preventive shut-down work when a facility goes offline for scheduled maintenance. Our ability to work within tight schedules is a result of careful planning, preparation and coordination done months in advance.

With the advent of comprehensive remote monitoring and predictive analytics, predictive maintenance is becoming a reality and growing in popularity. This has led to prolonged service lifespans of various equipment as well as demand-based maintenance without unscheduled shut-downs or unplanned equipment downtime.
