Example Reports - Future Events Summary
• Who is it for? – Management, Administrative Staff• What business question am I answering? – Show me all
my future Events by month so I have a full overview of operations• What part of the system is it reporting on? – Events• How would I like the data presented? – No. Days, event
title, start date, start time, end time, no. delegates, public or private, instructor, location, active or draft• How would I like it sorted? – Sectioned by month, ordered
by start date
• Who is it for? – Sales • What business question am I answering? – To get
an overview of my pipeline by salesperson including event interests
• What part of the system is it reporting on? – Sales Opportunities
• How would I like the data presented? – Salesperson name, opportunity name, step, course code, task description, client name, account name, email, telephone
• How do I want it sorted? – Sectioned by salesperson, ordered by step and date
