CREATING A WATCHLIST: GRYPHON USER GUIDE Using the Sales Intelligence Insights tab, you can build custom sales activity reports and save them to your watchlist. The watchlist reports will update in real-time. 1. After signing into Sales Intelligence, click the “Insights” tab. 2. Using the top drop-down menu, which defaults to Call Attempts, select the data you wish to track. 3. Select your team, office, and/or sales rep(s) from the Hierarchy, labeled “My Organization” on the left side of the screen. a. To view the members of an office or team, click the name of the office in the Hierarchy. b. To add a team, office, or sales rep’s data to your report, click the + button next to the name. 4. Choose a timeframe you wish to view for this report from the drop-down menu located below the report type drop-down. The default option is “Last Full Week” which will show all activity from the previous calling week. 5. Enter a name for your report in the text box above the report, and click the star shaped save button.

CREATING A WATCHLIST:

GRYPHON USER GUIDE

Using the Sales Intelligence Insights tab, you can build custom sales activity reports and save them to your watchlist. The watchlist reports will update in real-time.

1. After signing into Sales Intelligence, click the “Insights” tab.

2. Using the top drop-down menu, which defaults to Call Attempts, select the data you wish to track.

3. Select your team, office, and/or sales rep(s) from the Hierarchy, labeled “My Organization” on the left side of the screen.

a. To view the members of an office or team, click the name of the office in the Hierarchy.

b. To add a team, office, or sales rep’s data to your report, click the + button next to the name.

4. Choose a timeframe you wish to view for this report from the drop-down menu located below the report type drop-down. The default option is “Last Full Week” which will show all activity from the previous calling week.

5. Enter a name for your report in the text box above the report, and click the star shaped save button.

a. If you chose a current timeframe like “Current Week” the report will update on a real-time basis.

b. If you chose a past timeframe like “Last Full Week” your report will update to show the previous week’s activity on the first day of every week.

7. Scroll down to the watchlist section to see your newly created report.
