Create All Events Calendar in 25Live25Live does not have a default “All Events” calendar. To view a calendar with all the events around campus, you must create and save an Event Search under your 25Live profile. Follow these steps to create and save the right Event Search:

1. Log into 25Live.

2. Click the Events tab on the top toolbar.

3. Under the Search for Events tab, click More Search Options next to the search bar.

4. Next to Types, click Edit.

5. Check on all Event Types. To exclude classes from your search, do not check “Section.”

6. Click Done and then click GO.

7. Just above the search results, click Save Search.

8. Make sure Search Criteria is already selected, then name your search “All Events” or something else you prefer. Click Save Search.

9. Click the Home tab on the top toolbar. You should now see the search you created under Your Starred Event Searches heading.

10. Either click the name of the search under Your Starred Event Searches or click the Calendar tab toward the top right.

11. Under the Calendar tab at the top right, you will see a drop down box where you can select all your saved searches. Find your newly created All Events search to display the results. Click the dates link to adjust how many days or weeks are visible.
