Developing the 2015 product range was the most enjoyable so far. Our new and still fresh eco-friendly factory has given us unlimited technological options to explore and we took full advantage of these opportunities. I am extremely proud with our achievements on the Elite board – the lightest serial production board, and the Shox Green board – the most eco-friendly board.

The surfboards also kept us busy, and we are more than happy to present you our brand new surfboard range. Seven completely new boards and they are better than ever. We worked on these boards for over two years, so the shapes are well tuned, the boards are light, and the construction is rock solid.

On the kites, we focused on details and have done a lot of fine tuning. We managed to implement original CrazyFly one pump valves, Turbo inflate/deflate system and O-rings instead of pulleys. The Sick bar has also undergone a major change – the central line is now covered in a PU tube to completely prevent wear and bring more comfort for the riders.

Overall, based on our results, CrazyFly is becoming a much stronger and more recognizable brand than ever.

Having our production and R&D department right next to our o�ces allows us to set new trends on the market and feedback is translated into products very quickly. Sourcing the best materials available from European suppliers also adds to superior quality of our products.

As this philosophy proved successful and time moved on, Josef’s sons were continuously joining the company after graduating. At the moment, Jozef has his wife, three sons, two daughters in law, and one son´s mother in law all working in the company. Kiteboarding is literally our daily bread, so we pride ourselves with what we think is the best customer service in the industry. Having no external financing gives us freedom to go in our own direction and make decisions quickly. It also allows us to set very competitive prices for our products. Because we believe in quality, we have our own factory in Slovakia, which gives us unlimited possibilities for improvements. The new factory is also the most eco-friendly kiteboard production.

Most importantly, we are all doing what we love and we love what we are doing.

The most technologically advanced ripstop material for a kite canopy. This high density polyester yarn provides for ultra light weight, high tearing strength and long lasting durability.

TECHNOLOGYLASTING DURABILITY, TEAR RESISTANT.

Say goodbye to pulleys. With the new O-rings, the steering is much more responsive and the kite feels much more direct. The O-rings are more durable than pulleys and will not malfunction with sand, as some pulleys eventually do. The O-rings are swim-proof, as one line runs around the ring while the other one runs through the ring. So, even in a very rare case of the O-ring breaking, the kite is still fully capable of flying. It is our signature to bring out only the highest quality products. The O-rings are made in Italy, by Antal®, a famous sailing brand.

This year, we introduced a brand new Turbo inflate/deflate valve. Inflation and deflation of the kite are made through the same valve. The kite is fully inflated and deflated in seconds. The set ups and pack downs on the beach are shorter, allowing for longer and much more enjoyable kite sessions.

LESS PUMPING, MORE KITING.

We have been hard at work to develop our own bulletproof one pump valves and the results speak for itself. The valves are made from the highest quality material available and are manufactured in Europe. These valves are a synonym to long lasting durability. With the new one pump valves the pressure is evenly distributed throughout the kite. They also allow for quicker and easier inflation and deflation.

EVEN PRESSURE DISTRIBUTION.

The Kevlar reinforcements are highly durable, extremely resistant to abrasion, and very light. These properties make Kevlar the perfect material for kite reinforcements in the most abused areas.

BULLETPROOF DURABILITY.

The Nifty Bridle System is a very unique and revolutionary feature invented by CrazyFly. This feature allows the rider to easily switch between three riding modes: wave, freeride/freestyle, and wakestyle. The Nifty allows for changes to be made directly on the Tango’s bridle very quickly and easily.

The high weight materials create a strong base for the light weight canopy. All the materials and reinforcements are strategically placed to create a rock solid and durable kite, while maintaining the lightest possible weight for incredible flight characteristics.

On the one hand, this makes it very light weight for excellent performance in lower winds. On the other hand, the five strut construction makes the Cruze shape very solid and ensures easy relaunch in light wind and great stability in gusts. The Cruze is also a great alternative for heavier riders. Due to its shape, the kite moves fast in the air and has great upwind performance. The Cruze has a direct feel, does not backstall, and delivers even distribution of power throughout the kite. It comes with 24m flying lines plus 3m and 6m extension flying lines to be added on in ultra light wind conditions. The 6m extension lines make a real di�erence in those super light sea breezes.

Gullwing Double concave shape provides amazing control for cutting powered turns and anyone can feel like a Pro in making transitions. This deep concave o�ers much more grip for upwind, di�cult landings and generates more power when loading a jump.

This bottom shape has superior gliding performance, but does not provide as much grip as the concave shapes.

Concave bottom and Synergy Sidewals make carving and transitions smooth. The board is very stable and easier to control.

Double concave shape provides amazing control, eats up chop and the board gains better upwind performance. This shape o�ers better stability in di�cult landings.

The Quattro concave shape provides superior edging, comfort, and softest landings.

The Four V shaped ridges on the tips provide amazing load ‘n’ pop as well as grip. This feature o�ers the ultimate wake style experience.

HMX-CF carbon is the most advanced carbon fiber technology. The combination of Nano-technology, carbon nanotube reinforced resin and T1000G carbon fiber create the world’s highest tensile strength fiber. Supplied as a prepreg, this carbon always has the perfect ratio of resin spread evenly and creates the best possible molecular bonding. The cohesion between the fibers is improved and allows for incredible strength even at o�-axis fiber directions. Expert utilization of the HMX-CF carbon results in an extremely lightweight board with uncompromised power transfer and dynamics.

A revolutionary innovation in carbon fabric manufacturing. This brand new carbon weave brings more strength and lighter weight compared to traditional carbon weave.

Kevlar is a high strength and low weight composite material used in military and space industries. This high-tech material provides extra strength and pop for the boards, which are designed for freestyle and wakestyle.

Due to multiaxial fibers the board has more flex in torsion and still remains very strong, as the fibers reinforce it in multiple directions.

Based on our thirteen years of experience in building high quality kiteboards with top performance, we simply believe that carbon fibers are irreplaceable. Carbon fibers are ultra light and at the same time extremely strong. This material is very dynamic and it returns instantly to its original shape after being stressed, which provides loads of pop in carbon fiber boards.

This shape of the board’s tips provides ultra load ‘n‘ pop. It also gives the board superior grip and makes landings more comfortable.
