Gomez. The North shop has been cleaned up and the floor of the South shop has been painted. The need for a trailer for the mower was discussed and will be tabled for now. The tire swing needs to be installed, metal pole at North shop needs cut, white rock will be ordered, trees need to be checked for height restrictions on the parade route and the DNR will be contacted about weed control at the lagoons. Janine with the Observer Newspaper en- tered at 6:36 p.m. to take a picture of the council and city employees for the newspa- per. Left at 6:40 p.m. Nichole will touch base with Vail about the use of their barricades for the parade. The clerk made the council aware of the use of a vehicle from Team Auto for repre- senting the city in the parade. Ten Point came and poured and patch- ed Main St. Mayor Jons made the council aware they would be back to seal it. The clerk presented information for new software and what the price would be for Westside. Software will be tabled until the current software comes up for renewal. Michell Simons entered at 7:18 p.m. on behalf of the Central Committee and in- formed the council there will be a list of streets closed for the celebration. It was decided the Central Committee would be in charge of informing the residents of clo- sures and times. The city will assist in post- ing. Michell left at 7:26 p.m. Resolution 08.2019-001 was presented to the council. Motion by A. Kock/N. Kock to approve the transfer of (FIFTY-THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS) $50,000.00 to Business Checking account. Ayes all carried. Jons called the meeting to or- der at 5:59 p.m. with S. Wieland, A. Kock, K. Simons, S. Wieland, N. Kock, J. Quandt an- swering roll call. Also, in attendance were Nichole Neumann, City Clerk, and Eric Gomez, City Maintenance. The purpose of the meeting was to dis- cuss the city gutters, the playground equip- ment at the park, approve a company to clean up the Clinton St. property, approve the liquor license for the 150th celebration and to ap- prove the street closures for the 150th cel- ebration. Council was made aware that the city gut- ters have been cleaned and Eric was asked to keep a close eye on them coming up on the celebration. The playground equipment will possibly be painted this week by volunteers and the swings and tire swing will be installed. After discussion regarding what needs the city has for clean up at the Clinton St. prop- erty, a motion was made by N. Kock, second by K. Simons to approve Daniel’s Dozers LLC to provide clean up and removal of debris. Ayes all, carried. Motion by S. Wieland, second by A. Kock, to approve street closures presented to the council by the Central Committee. Ayes all, carried. A special meeting of the Westside CityCouncil was held on August 12, 2019, at CityHall. Mayor L. Jons called the meeting to or-der at 5:59 p.m. with S. Wieland, A. Kock, K.Simons, S. Wieland, N. Kock, J. Quandt an-swering roll call. Also, in attendance wereNichole Neumann, City Clerk, and Eric Gomez,City Maintenance.

The purpose of the meeting was to dis-cuss the city gutters, the playground equip-ment at the park, approve a company to cleanup the Clinton St. property, approve the liquorlicense for the 150th celebration and to ap-prove the street closures for the 150th cel-ebration.

Council was made aware that the city gut-ters have been cleaned and Eric was asked tokeep a close eye on them coming up on thecelebration.

The playground equipment will possiblybe painted this week by volunteers and theswings and tire swing will be installed.

After discussion regarding what needs the

city has for clean up at the Clinton St. prop-erty, a motion was made by N. Kock, secondby K. Simons to approve Daniel’s Dozers LLCto provide clean up and removal of debris.Ayes all, carried.

Motion by S. Wieland, second by A. Kock,to approve street closures presented to thecouncil by the Central Committee. Ayes all,carried.
