qualityOur goal at Sheds Around the Lake is to provide you with a quality, durable building. We use proven materials and careful craftsmanship to make sure all our sheds will last.

WarrantyWe warranty the Premium Series for 10 years, the Standard 

Series for 1 year. Our warranty means that if the roof leaks, the door sticks, the window won’t shut, or anything else goes wrong with the materials or workmanship in your shed, we will come and fix it. For free!

Free deliveryWe will deliver your shed and place it right where you want it for free within 50 miles of our shop! If you live further away, there is an additional fee of $2.50 per mile one way, after 50 miles. If special circumstances require a pilot car, pilot car fees apply.

localAll of our sheds are built locally in Lake County. Most of our lumber comes from California mills, particularly the Shasta Green Mill in Burney.

Our pricing is clear and up-front, and without surprises. We offer both straight cash prices and a Rent-to-Own option. 

At the end of the day, there are two things we’re concerned about: a quality shed and a satisfied owner of that shed.

Built with standard house construction, it can easily be finished off inside to make a perfect office or craft room. It comes with a residential-style door and two windows.

It comes with a 4’ door. With a high ceiling throughout, this shed’s standard loft has 6’ of clearance under-neath. Windows and 6’ double doors are an optional upgrade.

The Chalet, with its eye-catching, rustic appeal, makes a great cabin, office, or studio. A loft over the porch provides extra room and adds to the cozy feeling. The chalet features two windows, a metal roof, and a 3’ door. Upgrade to our special urethane UV stabilized "stain" to give it that rustic look.

They come pre-painted, and we don’t skimp on the quality of our materials. Our ten-year warranty assures you that these sheds are top of the line. Every shed is caulked and painted your color choice. Optimum quality!

If you are just looking for a basic storage shed, sturdy but no-frills, and have a tight budget, you’ll want one of our Standard sheds. We took a look at our Premium sheds, and removed some of the non-essentials to lower the cost. Once you apply a coat of paint to our pre-primed exterior, it’s completely finished and good to go. And we still give it a one-year warranty. Significant savings!

The Ranch Shed, Standard is a classic solution for simple, roomy storage. It comes with 4” eaves and 6’ high walls. A 6’ 6” door fits on the end, giving you well over 7 feet of head room in the center. We can add shelves or a workbench. If you need some extra height, taller walls are an economical upgrade.

The Barn Shed, Standard  with 4’ foot side walls gives you the classic mini-barn shape. The side walls are 4’ high, but with the barn style gambrel roof, our 6’ 6” door still fits in the end, and there’s plenty of clearance. Similar storage space to the Ranch Standard, but with the barn-style look.

The Barn Shed, Standard with 6’ side walls is the same size as our Premium Barn, but with fewer frills. It comes with 4” eaves and 6’ side walls. You will be amazed at the spacious interior! The loft is not included, but can be added in.

Delivery FREE DELIVERY WITHIN 50 MILES!We will deliver your shed and place it right where you want it for free within 50 miles of our shop! (Pilot car fees apply if pilot cars are necessary). For the miles beyond the 50-mile radius, there is an additional fee of $2.50 per mile one way.

Installation Sheds can be delivered fully assembled or built on-site. Add7.5% of the shed price for on-site construction. The customer is responsible to provide a reasonably level pad.

Payment We accept cash, checks and major credit cards. We take a $500down payment at the time we schedule your shed, and the balance is due upon delivery. Prices subject to change without notice. Written quotes on sheds are good for 60 days, so ask for your quote!

About building permits Permits are generally required forbuildings over 200 square feet. Check your local ordinances to confirm, since compliance with local laws is the responsibility of the home owner. If you need a building permit, we can help you through the permitting process by furnishing plans. Let us know how we can help you!
