Keep an effective and compliant record of all your CPE. For ICB and TPB purposes you must maintain a record of your ongoing CPE activity. Here it is!
ICB Affiliate members and above now have the ability to log all their CPE hours in your my.icb profile.
Features • Track structured and unstructured hours
o Unstructured being those that are derived from activities such as reading and listening.
• Automatic recording of ICB events such as Network meetings, webinars and conferences. These will be automatically added to your register (once attendance has been confirmed)
• Ability to manually add activities such as newsletter reading or non ICB events
• Set CPE goals with the ability to specify target hours over the required period of time e.g. as a BAS Agent you would specify 45 Hours over each 3 years.

Access You can access your CPE Register via your MyICB
www.icb.org.au/MyICB/CPE-‐Register Summary table The below table shows totals CPE hours achieved over your membership year for structured and unstructured with a total of both along with the percentage completed of your required hours. The summary table will reset upon your membership renewal each year. The activities are not lost and will continue to be visible under the activities window. The required structured hours of 15 have been pre-set by ICB as they are a membership requirement.
Activities
Activities are the events you track for your CPE requirements with the number of hours. Activities can be added to your CPE register in 2 ways:
• Automatically when you attend ICB events o Provided you have registered for the event before the actual day
and that you have attended and signed the attendance sheet • Manually by entering the activities yourself

To add activities manually
Click on the Add New Activity button. You will then be presented with the below screen to add the activity.
A value must be entered in both the Structured and Unstructured hours, e.g. 0
Click on Save Activity
You will then have the ability to upload a supporting document e.g. Invoice or registration form.

Deleting Activities
To remove / delete an activity under the Activities section click on the title of the activity, scroll to the bottom and click on Delete Activity.
Only manually entered activities can be deleted.
Goals
Goals provide you the ability to group your activities and track your achieved hours versus your target. An example would be your BAS Agent CPE requirement of 45 hours over 3 years.
To create a goal Click on the Add New Goal button, you will then be presented with the below screen.

Enter the details of your goal.
Deleting Goals
To remove / delete a goal under the Goal section click on the title of the Goal, scroll to the bottom and click on Delete Goal.
Note: Deleting a Goal will not remove activities.
