• Launched 1 August 2011 to support CPD requirements for revalidation

• 2000 users to date. Register 200 new users per month• Available to Consultants and Career Grade Anaesthetists who

maintain an RCoA subscription• Register online via website• Planned demonstrations at events• 400 CPD approved courses on the system for ‘look up’ and

entry into personal diary

CPD ApprovalCPD Approval- The online system will also allow course providers to apply for

CPD approval online- Approval process based on AoMRC, DoCPD standards and

criteria- Online application form for prospective CPD providers- Assessors drawn from specialist societies and examiners- Assessors can review CPD applications electronically- Courses approved for CPD credits will be automatically

included in course searches and available for users to include in their diaries

- Users can submit optional ‘learning outcomes review’
