Our Winnipeg Head Office Accounting team is looking for talented new graduates who are interested in pursuing their CPA designation. Richardson’s CPA training program is a multi-dimensional program designed to provide individuals the opportunity to develop their finance and accounting skills, their understanding of Richardson and global agri-business, as well as grow their career. By offering two routes to obtain the CPA designation: both the Pre-Approved Program and the Experience Verification route, Richardson strives to develop leaders who will have the knowledge, skills and experience

required to successfully pursue senior financial roles within the company. Individuals in the CPA Pre-Approved program are required to be actively pursuing the CPA accounting designation. Richardson offers financial support to employees pursuing a designation and, with over thirty professionally designated accountants working at Richardson’s head office in Winnipeg, CPA students will receive valuable mentorship throughout the program.
