Pokphand group. The main business is a retail convenience store category. Under the trademark

"7-Eleven" in Thailand. The company licensed such trademarks, Inc. 7-Eleven from the United

States. And has opened its first store in Soi Patpong since 2532. Also, the various businesses to

support the core business. Such business represents obtain payment of goods and services.

(Counter Service Company Limited) Business, production and sale of Delicatessen and bakery.

(CP RAM Company Limited) Business retail sales and repair equipment. (CP retailing Company

Limited)Business services, bill payment services through smart cards. (The Thai Smart Card

company). Business Information Systems (The Go soft Company). Business services, transport

and distribution (The Dynamic Management Company Ltd.) Business Marketing Services (The

M.A.M Hart Co.) Retail Business College. And the Academy of Management (MAM Education

Mission

Build customer loyalty by goods and services, creating innovative relationship with the community and

society. Growth of the 7-Eleven store network expansion plan, the company has increased each year,

approximately 600 branches. To 10,000 branch goals within the year and the focus of the strategy is 2561

shop IM Hotel Thailand, people. Ready-to-eat food with fresh, clean, safe, and new product development

in cooperation with partners to offer a wide range of new products with. Sold only at the store at the end

of the year by the 7-Eleven company 7-Eleven Shop nationwide 2556 total 7,429 branch is in the shop.

Bangkok and vicinity 3,395 branch (46 per cent). The store is provincial 4034 branches (54 per cent).By

category of shop stalls found 3,248 branch (44 percent), the rest is a franchise of 3,593. Branch (48 per

cent) and store the licensed territory 588 range branch (8 per cent), there are current customers into stores.

Daily average 7-Eleven 9.2 million people. This year, the company has expanded its branch store 2556 7-

Eleven total 607 continued both in the form of a Branch shop in great location. Normal and stores at gas

Bangkok and the provinces by the end of the year, the company has stores in the usual location 2556

About CP All

CP All PLC. (the “Company” ) was established in 1988 by the Charoen Pokphand Group. The Company

is the sole operator of 7-Eleven convenience stores in Thailand, which has been granted an exclusive right

from 7-Eleven, Inc., USA to conduct business under the Area License Agreement in 1989, the first 7-

Eleven outlet in Thailand was opened on Patpong Road. At the end of the year 2014, the Company had a

total of 8,127 stores nationwide. Of the total 3,648 stores are in Bangkok and its vicinities (45 percent)

and 4,479 stores are in provincial areas (55 percent). According to type of store, there are 3,570 corporate

stores (44 percent), 3,916 franchise stores (48 percent), and 641 sub-area license stores (8 percent).

Presently, an average of 9.7 million customers visits 7-Eleven stores each day.

     In 2014, the Company expanded another 698 new stores both as stand-alone stores and stores

located in PTT gas stations to reach more target customers both in Bangkok and its vicinities and

provincial areas at the end of 2014, the Company had 6,986 stand-alone stores (86 percent) and

1,141 stores in PTT gas stations (14 percent).

       The Company has plans to further open approximately 600 new stores annually, with the

milestone of 10,000 stores in 2018. With the strategy of being the convenience food store of

Thais, emphasis will be placed on ready-to-eat foods that are fresh, clean and safe and

developing new products with business partners to offer a variety of new products that are

available only in 7-Eleven stores.

Determining Charlestonians’ Perceptions of the Cruise Industry

To enhance competitive advantages in Thai retail industry as well as to prepare for the ASEAN

Economic Community (AEC) in 2013, the Company acquired Siam Makro Public Company

Limited, a Cash and Carry business which has been operating in Thailand for 25 years. Siam

Makro focuses to be the 1st choice supplier to Registered Food Professional and HoReCa (Hotel,

Restaurant and Catering). The Company recognizes that the Cash and Carry business has strong

potential for growth in both domestic and international markets. Acquiring Siam Makro will

create synergy with the Company in long run and will reinforce the Company to be a leader in
