you will NOT be permitted to visit at this time Contact HealthLine 811 and

self-isolate until you receive further direction

If you answer YES to question 3 you will NOT be permitted to visit until 14 days:

after your return to Canada

after your last contact with confirmed or probable case

You must self-monitor and, if you develop symptoms, isolate and call HealthLine 811 immediately

If you answer YES to question 4 or 5 you MAY visit if you don’t have symptoms

and you need to wear a mask
