Precision Clinical Laboratories, LLC (PCL) is a New York State Department of Health and CLEP- licensed high complexity clinical laboratory with locations in Clinton, New York and Utica, NY. The most accurate rt-PCR test on the market PCL utilizes a multiplex qualitative rt-PCR test has been validated by state and federal experts and has been granted an Emergency Usage Authorization (EUA) for high-throughput COVID-19 diagnos- tic testing. We test for 3 RNA sequences that are specific (100% homology) to SARS-CoV-2 as well as 1 control sequence. This means that the incidence of incorrect results is extremely low. This test has a reported 99.9% accuracy in identifying positive clinical samples. We are constantly growing our laboratory and our testing capacity continues to increase. Rapid Turn Around Time We offer an extremely competitive turn around time. Test results are typically available 24-48 hours after we receive the sample. We recommend notifying PCL in advance of sample arrival. If PCL participates in sample collection, we provide immediate transportation back to the laboratory. PCL also provides pre-paid shipping boxes for non-local or pre-collected samples. Email alerts are sent to the client upon release of the result. Reports can be downloaded via our online portal. PCL also reports all results to New York State. Flexibility based on YOUR Needs Our goal is to help get your institution up and running safely. We are also available to work with you to determine testing frequency for employees/clients and can adjust this schedule as needed.
