Since 2014, EdelGive has supported Mann Deshi in setting upa first-of-its-kind weekly cash credit facility for women micro entrepreneurs at weekly markets. A collateral free credit facility offered to women at the market itself, it has transformed the waywomenruntheirbusinesses.Over11,000womeninover30weekly markets have benefited from this programme. EdelGive also supports their digital financial literacy programme, for women entrepreneurs, to provide them with cashless transactions and help them to become financially savvy. Over 3,000 women across Satara district have benefitted from this programme.
