Future of Mobile

At an early onset CTi recognized, invested in, and continues to adapt to the requirements of an increasingly mobile customer based and an ever increasing mobile connected government workforce.

Tens of millions of tablets would be in use in America’s workplaces by 2015, Ted

Schadler – Forrester Research’s

Trends for Connecting with Customers: They Want it All

"The services that government provides its constituents, partners, and employees are increasingly

benchmarked against user experience in other walks of their lives. It is not surprising that customers expect

the same options, quality, and level of service from government as they receive from retailers, technical

support, consumer services, and others they contact on the phone, online, and more. As it turns out, the way

users choose to interact with public sector organizations is not identical to commercial providers, but there

are similarities—and some distinct differences.

to an organization’s corporate identity.

Because the application is directly

linked to the company’s network,

security is maintained through the use

of password protected login to the

application.

31

The training application allows users to navigate through available

courses in a scroll down table, as shown on the left.

Courses can be provided in a variety of multimedia types. The

sample above is being delivered as a movie player. The courses

can also be linked to documents, presentations, etc.
