Virtual Teacher ProgramThe Virtual Teacher Final Project course allows students to applytheir knowledge of virtual instruction by designing an online orblended instructional module.
In this three week course, titled, The Virtual Teacher Final Project,students will create a design plan for an online or blendedlearning module utilizing pedagogical strategies learned from thevirtual teacher series. Among other things learners will choose thesubject matter, method of delivery, technology tools, instructionalapproaches, and assessments with the goal of creating a modulethat meets the needs of their students. Learners do not have tocreate instructional materials or teach the online learning modulethey design. Learners will have two weeks to complete the projectand one week to peer review three of their classmates' projects.
