COURSE INSTRUCTORS:
Dr. Tiffany Kirchner is dedicated to preparing hematology/oncology nurses to sit for the CPHON exam. She received her doctoral degree from Marquette University and has served in a variety of nursing roles including staff nurse,
educator, school of nursing faculty, and advanced practice nurse. Her clinical expertise has been dedicated to care of the oncology patient in both the pediatric and adult settings. Her experience has taken her from the hospital bedside to the clinic, and to the classroom. She is passionate about caring for oncology patients along the lifespan from the pediatric patient to the terminally ill patient. She currently works as an advanced practice nurse in an oncology outpatient clinic setting. In this review course, Tiffany thoroughly reviews the pediatric hematology/oncology certification content and prepares participants to successfully pass the exam.
Kristy Feld is excited in preparing hematology/oncology nurses to sit for the CPHON exam. She received her Master’s in nursing education degree from Walden University and has served in a variety of nursing roles including
staff nurse, care manager, and educator. She has 12 years of pediatric Hematology Oncology nursing experience and most recently has expanded her expertise to proton therapy. She is passionate about caring for hematology oncology patients and she currently works as a nurse educator in an outpatient hematology, oncology and bone marrow transplant clinic. In this review course, Kristy reviews the pediatric hematology/oncology certification content and prepares participants to successfully pass the exam.
