Basic Characteristics: O Digital:Modern printing methods such as laser and ink-jet

printing are known as digital printing.O Offset: A plate makes an inked impression on a rubber-

blanketed cylinder, which in turn transfers it to the paper.O Screen: Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a

woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil.O Sublimation: Dye-sublimation printer is a computer

printer which employs a printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto medium materials such as a plastic card, paper, or fabric.

O Laser Cutting: A laser cutter is a device that uses a focused beam of light to melt or burn through a target material. Laser cutters are computer-controlled to maintain precision.

O It imprints the picture on to the vinyl. It doesn’t print the picture on the vinyl it makes the shape of the picture and you have to take the parts that you don’t want off. O 24" Professional Media Cutting Plotter O Maximum Cutting Area: 23.7" x 164ft long O Accepts material from 2" to 28"O Mechanical Resolution: 0.005mmO Speed: Cutting speeds up to 24 inches per secondO Maximum Character Size: Approx. 20pt, 0.196" (5mm) depending

on the medium and fontO Maximum Media Thickness: .25mmO Power: Max cutting force 20gf to 300gf O LED DisplayO Auto cut with registration marks / optical eye

IDEK D2 Commercial Heat Press

It sticks the vinyl on the clothing because of the heat. Digital Control Console uses three pre-set customizable programs, manual mode, and cycle counter, which allows for tracking production quantities, all located on an easy to read front and center control console. The digital display gives time, temperature, and alarms. Lateral Glide Movement is used to keeps the heat close at hand, not in your face. You adjust the pressure of the press by adjusting the height of the platen... not the heating element.

O Two 14" x 17" DeksO Dual station lateral heat pressO Two complete pedestal assembliesO Able to press items up to 1" thickO Three pre-programmed modes & additional mode allows for custom settings.O Manual mode: Any temperature and/or time you designateO Electric: 120v, 12.5 ampsO Dangers:O Burning hand on hot surface.O Squishing hand between platforms.

Application:O All designs must be cut in reverse on a cutter/plotter.O Weed excess cut vinyl off of cut design.O Place vinyl image face down on fabric in desired

position. Adhesive clear carrier sheet helps keep image in place before pressing.

O Using a heat press, apply heat for 15-20 seconds at 300-340F with medium pressure.

O Cold peel the clear carrier sheet off. You're done!O Permanent, professional results with no background

polymer like transfer paper.O Dangers:O Cutting hand on tiny blade.
