Disables any such person for more than three days from
earning full wages at work at which he was employed, or
Make any such persons unconscious as a result of heat
exhaustion ,electric shock, poisonous fumes or gases
are reportable to the District Factory Inspecting Engineer
using Form 10 immediately after the injury.
