Appointing Coordinators
Exam Admin will register Country Coordinators. Country Coordinators will register Regional Coordinators and Regional Coordinators will register Center
Coordinators. Thus, three levels of coordinators are appointed. (If there is no Regional Coordinator then Country Coordinator can directly appoint Center
Coordinator.)
At each level a coordinator may be appointed to manage registrations for males only and a separate coordinator to manage registrations for females only. Or,
instead of two separate coordinators, one coordinator may be appointed to manage registrations for both. Thus, at each level only one coordinator is appointed to
manage registrations for each gender.
For example, if a Country Coordinator for USA (Country level) is appointed for managing male registrations only, then another Country Coordinator can be
appointed to manage female registrations only. However, once these separate Country Coordinators have been appointed, another coordinator who manages both
male and female registrations cannot be appointed, since this would result in a duplication of roles. To appoint a common coordinator, the separate coordinators
have to be deactivated.
Similarly, if a common Country Coordinator is appointed to manage both male and female registrations for USA then a separate coordinator who manages either
only female or male registrations cannot be appointed.
To change a coordinator the profile of the currently activated coordinator must first be deactivated.
Step - 1
1. Registering a New Country Coordinator by Exam Admin
A Country Coordinator Got the email from Bal Exam Admin.

Open mail and Copy Password Given by the Bal Exam Registration and Click below Link for
registering your Name in Bal Exam.

In Current Password paste Your Copied password and Create your own
new Password, then click on Change Password

Click onSubmit Profile to confirm you from Exam Admin.

from Bal Exam Admin as below.

After you get the mail you can access your account with your e-mail id as username and your password.
You will see your Dashboard.

Regional or center coordinator, Click on Select Location, where you will see 3 branches For creating Regional
or center coordinator, Click on Select Location, where you will see 3 branches. The second branch is Regional
Coordinator. The Third branch is Center coordinator. Select location you want this Karyakar to be in.

Then decide whether he will be responsible for Both (male/female) or only male or female. After clicking on any
one box, click onCreate User button.

(An auto-generated password will be emailed to the new user by the system. The new user clicks the confirmation linkand logs in using the auto generated password. At this stage, the user must now change the password which is to be
used in the future. The user must complete his/her profile by clicking on My Account and submit it to the Coordinator who
created his/her profile for final approval and activation. After verifying the completed profile (if necessary, by calling the
phone number given in the profile), the Coordinator must click the Confirm Profile button to activate the user for the
selected role at the specified level. The user will get a second email confirming his/her responsibilities.)

When the user submits you will receive his/her details in your Coordinators to be Confirmed (on your
Dashboard)
Click onCoordinators to be Confirmed. You will see the page below. Click on Blue & Yellow Button to Confirm
and Activatethe Coordinator to appoint him as a coordinator. See the screens below.

After Activating the user as a Regional or Center Coordinator his Role Name will changefrom Authenticated user to Regional or Center Coordinator in the Coordinator List.
Activation and Deactivation of Coordinators
Users may be activated/deactivated by their immediate superior using the Activate (if
deactivated)/Deactivate (if activated) button in the Manage Users screen.
