Carl A. Scott 1968-1986

• Spearheaded CSWE’s efforts beginning in late 1960s to promote diversity in social work education

• Submitted grants for federal funding of two fellowship programs

• 1975: First MFP cohort of 15 social work doctoral students admitted

Dr. E. Aracelis Francis 1986-2007

• Significantly increased the number of social work fellows who completed degrees

• Developed structured MFP training format featuring well known social work professionals and MFP alumni as trainers
