What does it mean to set Growth Initiatives?

Drive the things that…• Can be completed next year, but ultimately

RAPID BRAINSTORMING

In Your Group….• List on paper four initiatives that C.o.I.T. should pursue next

year that will ultimately drive the most success over the next 3-5 years.

• Pass to the right….• Review the paper from your left and see if it ‘sparks’ any new

thoughts. You can then edit it and pass again, per the following rules:• You must leave at least one of the initiatives intact.• You must pass four initiatives.

• Your facilitator will then lead a group discussion to develop the group’s top 4 initiatives.
