Issues requiring volunteer approved process changes

Need to consider any precedent. For example, if Systems is given any “grandfather” advantages regarding costs, this could be a precedent for other OUs. Can the Tech Committee AdCom approve Technical Cosponsored conferences

Issues requiring volunteer approved process changes

Does a Tech Committee get a part of the publications base? What is approval process for publications; if not a permanent OU, how to deal with pubs costs, continuity re publication (IEEE reputation); finances. Needs to be discussed in Products and Periodicals Committee.
