Concussions

A concussion is a brain injury.

It cannot be seen, symptoms may show much later.

Permission needed from a Health Care Professional to return to play or practice.

Most take days or weeks to get better.

Without proper recovery, likely re-occurrence.

Repeat concussions can cause long-lasting problems.

Baseline Testing Requirement.

Lacrosse

Lacrosse is NOT Football with sticks.

Lacrosse is NOT Ice Hockey on grass.

Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in America at the high school and college level….for a reason.

It is tough, energetic, requires skill and is FUN to play.

Navy 1965-1969. National Champs.

Club Lacrosse. 1970 to present.

Coach: HS (NH, CA, MD, TN).

Certified Level II Coach, US Lacrosse.

National Youth Rules Committee.

USNA Lacrosse Alumni Chairman.
