Environmental Safety – weather and field conditions.
Equipment Safety – approved, not altered and current.
Communication Plan.
Dues, fees, uniforms, helmets, physicals, consent, insurance.
Concussions
A concussion is a brain injury.
It cannot be seen, symptoms may show much later.
Permission needed from a Health Care Professional to return to play or practice.
Most take days or weeks to get better.
Without proper recovery, likely re-occurrence.
Repeat concussions can cause long-lasting problems.

Navy 1965-1969. National Champs.
Club Lacrosse. 1970 to present.
Coach: HS (NH, CA, MD, TN).
Certified Level II Coach, US Lacrosse.
US Lacrosse Board of Directors.
National Youth Rules Committee.
USNA Lacrosse Alumni Chairman.
