Hi, here’s a few photos of the Costa Verde apartment!

We looked at the NEWPORT floor plan

They showed us the MODEL apt. This is the KITCHEN!

*the apt we rent will probably not have a fireplace

The Master Bedroom*unlike the second bedroom (pictures to follow), this room doesn’t have the 2nd closet on the opposite wall

*it has 2 closets

*the closet () is deeper/wider than just shown

The Model’s Second Bedroom’s bathroom

*the model shows that the sink was inside the bath

*BUT the vacant apt had the sink outside (pictures to follow)

Then, they showed us a vacant apartment.

This is the LIVING ROOM.

*the balcony is on the right side of the photo

*the kitchen is on the left

The second bedroom

*unlike the model, this bedroom doesn’t have a closet on that wall (see red arrow)

*INSTEAD it has a longer closet, just to the left of the guy on the photo

SEE!

*the vacant apt we saw had equal closet space

*also, in this apt…the sink is outside of the bathroom (see red arrow)

*downside, there’s no hall closet to store our vacuum or mops etc.

The master in the vacant apt was the same as was seen in the model
