Correspondent Assignment Center Release 3.2 on April 30, 2018, includes the following enhancements to improve

your experience.

NEW FEATURES

Graphical User Interface (GUI) Enhancements

Loan Search Results Page

Enhancements to include Loan Product Advisor® and Loan Collateral Advisor® in the Loan search results page for the

assignment status

Blue circle means a loan is evaluated in any of the systems

Empty circle means the loan is not evaluated in that system

Red circle means the loan was uploaded but not successfully evaluated (applies to Loan Closing AdvisorSM only)

Assignment Search Results Page

ALL Tab

Two additional tabs for Loan Product Advisor and Loan Collateral Advisor are now seen along with ALL, Loan Closing

Advisor, and Loan Quality Advisor.

In All tab, system displays the list of all assigned loans that are related to the search criteria provided in

Assignment Search page

Available results column now includes Loan Product Advisor and Loan Collateral Advisor, along with Loan Quality

Advisor and Loan Closing Advisor

Blue circle means the loan has been evaluated in the system

Empty circle means the loan is not evaluated in the system

Loan Collateral Advisor Tab

The Loan Collateral Advisor tab details are the same as Loan Quality Advisor and Loan Closing Advisor tabs except

for the evaluation results and available documents. The possible evaluation results for Loan Collateral Advisor are:

is indicated in each tool, read the overview.

The evaluation results color coding and corresponding icons are below:

Green if loan is Eligible or Successful

Orange if loan is Not Eligible

Red if loan is Not Successful

Grey when the evaluation results or service are not available

Loan Collateral Advisor has two documents for each appraisal:

Appraisal PDF

Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) XML

* Up to three appraisal PDFs with up to three corresponding XMLs

If all the appraisals are submitted in Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP), a maximum of six documents are seen.

Each appraisal’s documents are differentiated as Appraisal 1, Appraisal 2 and Appraisal 3 as shown in the screen

shot.

An individual document can be downloaded by clicking on the icon or multiple documents can be downloaded by

selecting the download documents option from the sliding bar.

Loan Product Advisor Tab

The Loan Product Advisor tab details are the same as Loan Quality Advisor, Loan Closing Advisor and Loan

Collateral Advisor tabs except for the evaluation results and available documents. The possible evaluation results for

Loan Product Advisor are:

The evaluation results color coding and corresponding icons are below:

Green if loan is Eligible or Accept

Orange if loan is Not Eligible or Caution

Red if purchase eligibility for the loan is Not Eligible

Grey when the evaluation results or service are not available

Two documents are available for Loan Product Advisor

An individual document can be downloaded by clicking on the icon or multiple documents can be downloaded by

selecting the download documents option from the sliding bar.

Un-assign & Reassign Options for Loan Product Advisor and Loan Collateral Advisor

Un-assign & Reassign icons are available on each of the product tabs on the Assignment Search Results

screen.

Select a loan from the Loan Collateral Advisor or Loan Product Advisor tabs, and an action bar slides on the

screen with options to download documents, Reassign or Un-assign.

Clicking on Un-assign or Reassign will open a window asking for confirmation of the chosen action.

Note: The assignment, re-assignment and un-assignment functionality in Correspondent Assignment Center does not

impact or replace the Initial, Final, MSP assignment functionality in Loan Product Advisor or the Release functionality.

“Filter By” on Loan Collateral Advisor and Loan Product Advisor Tab

A “Filter By” option is available on the Loan Product Advisor and Loan Collateral Advisor tabs.

Export Functionality

Enhancement to ALL Tab Export

Evaluation results and documents available for all tools in which loan was evaluated, can be viewed through ALL TAB

export on Assignment Search Results screen. This provides a consolidated view of the loan.

Export of Loan Search Results

A new column for Loan Product Advisor Assignment status and Loan Collateral Advisor Assignment status is added.

Possible values include:

Blue: loan has been evaluated in Loan Product Advisor/Loan Collateral Advisor

Blank: loan has not been evaluated in Loan Product Advisor/Loan Collateral Advisor

ENHANCED FEATURES

Message: Loan Already Assigned

When searching for loans in Search Loans to Assign tab, single loan search, a loan matching the provided search

criteria which has already been shared ,will return a message indicating that the “Loan is already assigned”.

Multiple Loan Search Results Page

When searching for loans in Search Loans to Assign tab, multiple loans search, any loan matching the provided

search criteria, which has already been shared, will return a message within the Loan Search errors, indicating the

“Loan is already assigned”.

Evaluation Results for Loan Quality Advisor

Two new evaluation results are available for Loan Quality Advisor:

The evaluation results color coding and corresponding icons are below:

Green if loan is Eligible

Orange if loan is Not Eligible

Error if the decision is Unavailable

Incomplete when the service is not available for the customer

Grey when there are no evaluation results available

System-to-System (S2S) Enhancements

There is no change in the request and response schema for each operation. New evaluation results are provided in

the response file for getAssignments and getDocuments for Loan Product Advisor and Loan Collateral Advisor results.
