Per Federal Communication Commission (FCC) regulations, Delmarva Public Radio must follow underwriting guidelines. Underwriting announcements may include the underwriter’s name, or that of a subsidiary, operating division or parent company. The credit also can include the location, business phone number or website address, value-neutral descriptions of the product line or business, and trade names that identify the products or services offered.
