Early Production Facilities

Oil Well Production Tools

Zeconia has a range of pressure and flow control solutions to aid oilfield operations. This includes production headers; production chokes and compact front ends solid removals.

PRESSURE & FLOW CONTROL

The oil field separation process is aided by designed vessels that handle fluids at very high pressure and enable phase dispersion to facilitate further processing. We can deliver 2,3,4 phase separation vessels, stripping and adsorption towers and high efficiency internals for separation and mass transfer.

PRESSURE VESSELS

Zeconia has the capacity to provide integrated water treatment modules to suit the practical challenge of produced water. We provide solutions with a range of technologies like the deoiling cyclones, desanding cyclones, gas floatation device and media filtration medium.

We can supply an effective and compact treatment systems to remove oil and other contaminants from produced water to the level required for disposal or reuse.

PRODUCED WATER TREATMENT

Oilfield production is subjected to several production challenges which includes the management of sea water. Zeconia is positioned to deliver modern technologies in sea water treatment with integrated treatment modules which are assembled with self-cleaning coarse strainer, media filters and desalination systems.

SEA WATER TREATMENT

We provide our client with fit-for-purpose process installations. Our Gas Treatment Systems are designed for ease of maintenance and cost effective and efficient onshore and offshore operation. Our packages for onshore and offshore are engineered for effective space management and weight consideration. This include the sweetening and amine regeneration package, MEG regeneration unit, gas hydration and desiccant, regeneration, gas conditioning, and compact scrubbers.

GAS TREATMENT MODULE

Our crude oil treatment solutions range from a single process unit to fully integrated treatment trains which include desalting applications, heater treaters, electrostatic coalesces, and stabilization units.

CRUDE OIL TREATMENT MODULES

Our Solids Handling system is very efficient and effective in removing small particles from single and multiphase streams. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with the best cutting-edge technology for removing solids which is both efficient and cost effective.

These technologies are developed for produced water treatment desanding, separator desanding, bulk desanding and sand cleaning.

SOLID HANDLING
