Prashanth Reddy, Founder & Director - XRG

Prashanth has over 20 years of cross-functional experience in Customer

Relationship, IT Management including Relationship /Account Management and

people management spanning Government & Utility, Market research, Consumer

goods and Telecom verticals. Prior to XRG, he was the Chief Operating Officer,

APOnline Limited, a Government of Andhra Pradesh Public Private Partnership

venture, where he played a significant role in enhancing Citizen/Consumer

Relationship Management by providing convenience to citizens at their door step

for various Government/Private Utilities and various other G2C, G2B, B2B

services. He established 1400 kiosks across the state and a state of the art

integrated informative and interactive portal to include online payment gateway.

He held various positions globally heading major client relationships of Tata

Consultancy Services in the Americas, Europe and Africa. He was the Global

Program Director heading ACNielsen and P&G relationships where he led global

change management and outsourcing strategy. Prashanth has a Bachelor’s degree

in Engineering from the University of Mysore, India.

He also promoted 3Edge Solutions, a premier IT Finishing School in India and

established a skill upgrade platform brand “Sudaksha” within XRG.

their application to web2.0 features.

further integrating with mobile platform both on mobile web and smart phones (iPhone and

Android). Solution was built on SoA, rich UI, built rules engine, highly scalable and high-availability

architecture hosted on the cloud. Integrated with google maps, iPhone and Android devices. Apart

from that, the benefit was created by automating the entire testing process using Quality Center.
