Founded in 1937, Daifuku has grown in step with
the Japanese industry. According to the changes
in material handling needs, we have continuously
pursued more effective material handling and have
accumulated experience in the manufacturing,
distribution and service industries. We now have

Since installing our first conveyor system in Taiwan
in 1975, we have helped customers throughout
Asia streamline their material handling processes.
We currently have affiliates in China / Taiwan (9 affiliates),
South Korea (3), India (2), Singapore (2), Malaysia,
Thailand, and Indonesia, establishing a structure to
provide optimal logistics systems. In 2014, New Zealand
-based BCS Group Limited joined the Group,

Daifuku products have yielded impressive sales
results in Europe. We developed two of Europe’s
largest distribution centers in Denmark and
Sweden and delivered a range of material handling
systems and equipment to customers in the United
Kingdom, Germany and other European countries.
In addition, we have entered a business alliance with
Austria-based Knapp, which boasts strength in piece
picking systems. Daifuku will continue to strengthen
its foothold in Europe.

Contributing to the enhanced functionality of clean rooms with leading-edge solutions
Daifuku has cleanroom material handling system plants in Japan, South Korea,
China, and Taiwan. From our global production sites, we have delivered numerous
optimal systems to the world’s leading electronic device companies.
We also support production lines by responding to the increased sizes of
semiconductor wafers and glass substrates as well as needs stemming
from the miniaturization of semiconductors.

HIDHigh Ef�ciency Inductive Power Distribution Technology
HID is essential for the clean rooms used in the production of semiconductors and �at-panel displays. It is the world’s �rst non-contact power supply system and was developed by Daifuku.This system produces no abrasion dust or sparks from power feeders, and ensures longstanding stable power supply as well as a clean and safe environment.

In 1957, Daifuku installed Japan’s �rst chain conveyor systems in an
automobile factory production line. Since then, we have supported automobile
production with various material handling systems for more than half a century.
With installations throughout North America, Asia, and Europe, we have
production, sales, and service sites around the world.
We provide factory automation systems for all automobile production processes.
In addition, we further streamline the parts handling in customer’s factory operations.

SPDRThe SPDR (Spider) from Daifuku, a temporary storage and sortation system capable of stacking and transporting cases in a set storage area, is the world’s first such system able to handle varying types and sizes of cases. Featuring a simple installation, setup is quick, allowing for easy layout changes and relocation.

Providing faster, more accurate baggage handling technology to airports around the world
Daifuku deploys the airport technologies in collaboration
with its Group affiliates, U.S.-based Jervis B. Webb Company, U.K.-based Daifuku Logan, and
New Zealand-based BCS Group Limited. Our product lineup includes belt conveyor technology
and security systems, installed throughout the world; tilt tray sorters, which are well-received
on a global scale; self-service automated baggage check-in machines,
the demand of which is increasing; and the baggage tray system with the highest speed
in the world – 600 meters per minute. Daifuku offers airport solutions worldwide.

Baggage Tray SystemOur baggage tray system operates at the world’s fastest transportation velocity of 600 meters per minute. Attached RFID tags on each tray provides accurate and reliable tracking, which reduces lost baggage, ensuring the smooth transferring and sorting of baggage for transit passengers.

Pioneering the car wash machine industry with enhanced products and features
Daifuku’s lineup of car wash machines make full use
of the technology and experience the company has developed
over the years in the material handling industry.
From development and manufacturing, to after-sales service,
Daifuku supports comfortable living with cutting-edge products
such as a water-saving gate-type car wash machine
with reduced noise, along with large-scale
car washes for trucks and buses.
Providing IoT solutions that meet the needs of customers in a range of industries
Contec, a Daifuku subsidiary, manufactures and
markets a range of products and systems, including,
IoT devices that wirelessly connect to networks,
high-end industrial PCs, compact and lightweight box
computers for digital signage, and LAN-related products.
Contec manufactures controllers and peripheral devices
that are embedded in Daifuku’s material handling systems,
as well as battery charging systems.
