Name of assignment or project: Analysis and design of Air cooled Condenser system, Condensate tank system Year : 2014 Location : Delhi Main Client: IIL & S Client: C Doctor India Pvt. Ltd. Main project features : As a Structural Consultant, SAFE was involved in development project of ACC structure from framing GA drawing for project components and further analyzing and designing Steel Structural component of ACC and CST structure using STAAD Pro. Scope also includes 3D BIM model for steel structure using Tekla Structures for generation of Fabrication drawings.

Name of assignment or project: Structural analysis and design of SRB-ACT-TWT unit Year : 2014 Location : Kochi Main Client: Engineers India Limited Client: Paramount Limited, Vadodara Main project features : As a Structural Consultant to PARAMOUNT, SAFE was involved in providing support in modelling super structure of Effluent treatment plan unit and substructure of pile foundation using STAAD Pro software. The overall 3D model was used to predict behaviour of pile foundation and deciding on the stability check.

Name of assignment or project: Delhi International Airport, T3 terminal Year : 2009 Location : Delhi Client : Desarch Associates/ GMR Third Party Approver: L & TMain project features: Substructure design for supporting false ceiling Activities performed: Analysis and design of cold form steel substructure in six zones of T3 terminal of Delhi International Airport, a GMR project, for supporting Hunter Douglas false ceiling was done in association with Kabil Associates, Delhi.

Fabrication drawings were also part of scope which was performed using Tekla Structures 3D BIM modelling.

AutolinkAssociate: Nirman EngineersMain project features : Basement + 3 Storey showroom structure was analysed by performing a STAAD Pro software model to simulate realistic behavior for a structure which falls under high seismic zone. Ductile provisions were considered during the detailing of all structural elements.

The fabrication drawings were prepared in Tekla Structures. Client provided input as Inventor model, designed in Staad Pro, Fabrication in Tekla Structures, Final submission in CADWorks. Use of Navisworks for BIM integration.   

Name of assignment or project: Water Treatment Package for DM & ETP at CPCL RefineryYear : 2014-15Location : ChennaiMain Client: Chennai Petroleum Corporation LimitedClient: Paramount Limited, VadodaraProof Consultant: Jacobs Engineering, MumbaiMain project features : As a Structural Consultant to PARAMOUNT, SAFE was involved in providing support in modelling super structure of Effluent treatment plan unit and substructure of pile foundation using STAAD Pro software. The water retaining structures were designed using latest Limit state code.

Name of assignment or project: Structural Assessment of RC bridgeYear : 2012Location : VadodaraMain Client: Reliance Industries Limited, VadodaraAssociate: Geostruct Engineering and Testing ServicesMain project features : 3 span simply supported RC bridge having prestressed beams and RC deck slab. As a structural consultant, SAFE’s scope was to assess the bridge NDT test data with visual inspection and provide assessment report. A comprehensive bridge assessment was carried out and report was submitted for client action.

Name of assignment or project: Tata Steel Projects, Kalinga Nagar Project Year : 2014-15Location : OdishaMain Client: Tata Steel LimitedClient: Advent Envirocare Private LimitedMain project features : As a Structural Consultant, SAFE was involved in providing Fabrication drawings for three steel structures i.e. TMF RO shed, MEE shed and MEE PT shed. Scope was executed by performing 3D BIM model for steel structure using Tekla Structures for generation of Fabrication drawings.

The complete model is prepared in REVIT and various proposals were presented to residents for collaborative approach and ease of approvals.
