Siyata’s Market- PoC

TSX-V: SIM | OTCQX: SYATF siyatamobile.com 6

What is PoC?

• PoC is wireless two-way communication that connects over a cellular network instead of a radio

network at the push of a button.

• PoC is replacing legacy Push-to-Talk (PTT) solutions that operate over land mobile radio (LMR).

• Both PoC and PTT offer instant communication for first responders and enterprise customers.

Siyata’s devices operate using Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC).

Page 7: Corporate Presentation March 2020...Corporate Presentation March 2020. Disclaimer References herein to this presentation shall mean and include this document, any oral presentation

The outlook for PoC solutions is addressed in VDC Research’s report, Key Success Requirements For In-Vehicle Push to Talk Communications

Solutions(1)

PoC Market Research

The report’s findings include:

• The US population of PoC users is expected to grow from 4.5M in 2019 to 7.5M by 2023, a CAGR of 13.6%

• Cost savings over existing PTT solutions is the leading investment driver for PoC

• Out of the 4+ million PoC end users in the US, the public sector remains the largest user segment

• Research has shown that demand for PoC in-vehicle devices is growing, with one in four respondents opting for in-vehicle solutions

Legacy Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Limitations

TSX-V: SIM | OTCQX: SYATF siyatamobile.com 8

• LMR hardware can be excessive and inefficient, cluttering in-vehicle cabins and creating additional costs

• Two-way radio, also known as Land Mobile Radio (LMR) has limited coverage, creating dead zones for first responder

vehicles and public transportation

• LMR is restricted in functions — local available radio bandwidth can only provide talk services

Limited coverage zone for LMR LMR Dead ZoneLMR Dead Zone

• LMR limits the ability for first responders to communicate with each other, while PoC allows for a unified network

UV350 Customer Testimonials

TSX-V: SIM | OTCQX: SYATF siyatamobile.com 14

South Florida School District Testimonial

"We wanted a communications system that would not only deliver on our existing

requirement for loud and clear voice communications with the bus drivers, but also one that

would allow us to add more functionality in the future, and that would eliminate our

maintenance costs with the aging equipment and tower sites."

Leading Canadian Road Paving Heavy Construction Company Testimonial

"With a patchwork of different communications systems it limited our team's ability to

communicate, so we needed to find a better solution. Push-to-Talk over Cellular made the

most sense for us due to our requirements to communicate with our drivers. and field

workers in different regions and provinces, and because Push-to-Talk over Cellular works

throughout the country wherever there is cellular coverage."

DARTS Hamilton Testimonial

"While the old system of tablets and two-way radios was still working, the total op-ex

cost of the system and some operational challenges caused us to rethink what would

work best for our vehicle communications system today, and for the future."
