On behalf of the board of governors of the Corporate Counsel Section, we are pleased to present your 2011 – 2012 section membership directory. Publication of this directory achieves an important section goal for 2011. With the information available in the directory, we hope that you will become more involved in the work of the section and build upon your professional relationships.

This directory contains the current contact information for each member of the

section as provided to the VSB or in response to our request for updated information sent out earlier this year. We apologize, in advance, for any errors. Corrections or updates are also welcomed and we hope to continue the publication of a section membership directory in coming years. This directory is intended for the exclusive use of the corporate counsel section membership for networking and to help section members improve our practices.
