Comarch’s Mission

Comarch, the pioneer of IT systems on the Polish mar-

ket, was established in 1993 as a university spin-off

within Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza in Krakow. In the

15 years of its existence, the company has achieved dy-

namic growth, presenting its offers both domestical-

ly and on many international markets and has opened

branches on four continents. In 1999 the enterprise en-

tered the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the value of the

company’s shares reached one billion zlotys. Currently,

Services Business UnitThe Services Business Unit specializes in designing, im-

plementing and integrating the most advanced IT solu-

tions for managing loyalty programs, retail processes,

documentation and its exchange within business or-

ganizations. The Business Unit’s second area of compe-

tence is the provisioning of complex infrastructure ser-

vices. Comarch Data Center offers collocation services,

hosting and comprehensive management of database

and instrument platforms. These functions are further

supplemented by security services, telecom outsourc-

ing solutions and outsourcing of IT processes.

In addition to Poland, the Services Business Unit has com-

pleted projects in a few dozen countries around the world,
