Care 7: Ms. Clark, the Care 7 Youth Specialist, is available M-W-F, 7:30 am -2:30 pm, and T-Thurs 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. The peer support groups are being offered online from 2:30 pm-3:30 pm (Tuesday, Girls Circle and Thursday the Council). Students are able to call, text or email Ms. Clark for social emotional support during the hours listed. AP Exam update: CollegeBoard has announced that due to COVID-19, this year's AP exams will all be online. It is important for students to be checking their Schoology, school gmail, and personal email each day for communication from their teachers and from CollegeBoard. Students need to make sure that they are receiving emails directly from CollegeBoard (if they are not, they will want to check/change their email listed in their CollegeBoard account); they mark [email protected] as part of their approved sender lists; they update their phone number in their CollegeBoard account so that CollegeBoard can send them texts if they give permission (also in their account); they are opening CollegeBoard emails and asking questions when they have them. After May 20, schedule changes will only be made for the following reasons: Student passed a scheduled class in Summer School; Student failed a class; Student was placed in a class inappropriate to ability level (Level changes may be made to a student's schedule within the first 10 days of a semester); Student is missing a required class; Clerical error.
