About Cornerstone Enrollment Services

Founded in 2004, Cornerstone Enrollment Services, based in Nashville, TN

with an office in Breckenridge, CO, specializes in benefits communication and

enrollment services. With more than ten years of serving large companies

well, Cornerstone functions to deliver successful open enrollments. To date,

we have:

Additionally, Cornerstone’s increasingly relevant Hispanic Enrollment Service

provides all communication materials in Spanish translation to fully engage

Spanish speaking employees. When communicating one-on-one on-site,

whether in English, Spanish or other needed languages, you can be confident

that our team is comprised of only highly trained, career benefit counsel-

ors. We pay a per-diem salary to our counselors - not commission, thus

providing a healthy and appropriate incentive to communicate benefits for

the right reason.

Self-Service Enrollment

Cornerstone can help effectively introduce a benefit self-service enrollment

solution for employees to elect their benefits online. Cornerstone’s self-service

enrollment doesn’t mean that employees are on their own. When needed as

part of the self-service introduction, a team of salaried benefit counselors will

be available through our call center or on-site to help employees understand

the online enrollment process and make informed decisions about their bene-

On-site Enrollment

Face to face, on-site benefit communications between

a counselor and an eligible employee was a standard

enrollment context when we started back in 2004, and we

believe the value and merit for face to face communication

continues to exist. With an on-site project, we service the

employer with a team of full-time, salaried, benefit coun-

selors. The objective of our team is to communicate and educate company

employees, attend to each eligible employee’s specific need and ensure that

our team is properly and fully trained on the benefits offered.

Call Center Enrollment

If company employees work across a corporate campus or are distributed

across multiple states, Cornerstone’s call center is a great solution for as-

sisting in the enrollment of team member benefit plans. Cornerstone’s call

center, with its hub in Nashville, has dedicated counselor enrollment stations

to communicate benefits to employees all across the country. All calls are

received by benefit counselors located in the United States with a client

specific, toll free phone number assigned to the project. Scheduled out-

bound services are also an option, and can be an effective part of a call

center benefit communication strategy.
