Agile A9 1 Agile A9 Deep Dive training was effective because the Agile A9 partner network eco system had been formed previously prior to the acquisition.

R12 SCM 2 Partners still have issues related to R12 implementation. Some of them are product issues and some of them are related to partner skillset. Understand it’s difficult to learn everything from training. However, implementation support from Oracle would help.

Demantra 3 Partners are still not mature enough to implement Demantra after training. In addition to the configurating Demantra, demand planning skillset is limited. A&C or PDM may need to think about introducing overseas resources / partners to co-work with local partners. Some kind of partnership needs to be worked out

ASCP 4 Trainings was delivered last year but partners are still not capable to implement ASCP (constraint based).

OTM 5 Some partners joined the deep dive training without following the advice of doing pre-study and it ends up attending deep dive training without any OTM knowledge. No continuity of the partner consultants participating the basic and deep dive trainings.

Price Mgmt 6 This new module training lacks of participation of partners or they just come for half day.

Soft Skill 7 Lacking of soft skill and solutioning skill among the partner community is not new. Need to re-think about how to further improve this before we really can leverage partner to sell for us.
