Suppliers must manage product information
in many places:
– Expensive;
– Different Technologies; and
– Version Control.
Governments are conscious of placing
impediments between government buyers
and suppliers!

Closed Marketplace ModelClosed Marketplace Model

In the Open Market model:
– suppliers manage their data in one place; and
– suppliers have choice to host their own catalogue data
OR have another company host the data on their behalf.
