consultants and subcontractors. Preparation of RFQs for vendors and subcontractors and

evaluation of the resulting responses. Manage and direct the work of employees as assigned by

the Estimating & Proposals Manager.






Minimum 8 -12 years of experience in the oil & gas and other construction industry.

Graduate of Engineering or equivalent . Good familiarity with MS Office, MS Project, P3.
