Welbeloond Wedding Venue is self-catering. It has 2 function areas which can be used for
a ceremony and a reception. The cost to hire the venue is R20 000
The venue has a fully fitted kitchen.
The venue has 12 round tables and 120 buddy plastic chairs. Table cloths and chair
covers are not provided. Food can be served on the 6 trestle tables and 2 large tables. Maximum amount of guests is 120.
The venue has a liquor license and we do not charge corkage.
3 Self catering cottages are available if accommodation is required.
Please inquire with Ingrid regarding costs of cottages.
There is an area with 6 wooden benches and umbrellas which is lovely for pre-drinks and
canapes.
Only 1 wedding per weekend is organised. Set up can take place from 2pm on the
Thursday. On the day of the wedding, the venue close at 1am. Should you require an
additional hour, it will cost R500. A security guard will be on duty on the premises.
We have a horse available for photographs at an additional cost of R300 for half an hour.
