On March 17, 1990, two of my supervisors murdered two top administrators in the school district.

Assistant Superintendent Al Cook and Administrator of the Year Mann Middle School Principal

Maruta Gardner murdered Assistant Superintendent George Frey and “auditor” Elizabeth

Tomblin; the motive being a failed attempt to retrieve original documents which would prove that

Cook and Gardner along with many other female administrators had embezzled funds.

I had met with Tomlin a short time before she was murdered; I had seen Frey a short time before

he was murdered, and met with Gardner and some co-conspirators a week before the murders in

relation to a meeting Gardner was to have with Frey on the day of the murders. I was not a co-

conspirator, but my colleagues were.

At the core of the Gardner’s hatred towards George Frey was that he was a serial rapist who had

raped Gardner when she was Vice Principal at Morse High School. Frey had also raped Nancy

Shelborne, former principal of Crawford and many other females with administrative experience

or aspirations, according to Vice Principal Julie Elliott. Apparently, Gardner and the other female

administrators led by Frey’s nemesis, Al Cook, plotted revenge, embezzling hundreds of

thousands of dollars, intending to blame the embezzlement on Frey.

CAST OF CHARACTERS

•BOB FILNER – San Diego Unified School Board 1979-83 – PROBABLY knew about the

allegations of sexual misconduct by George Frey. I state this because the entire city structure was

complicit in covering up the crimes for political reasons and Filner was a member of San Diego

City Council. from 1987 to 1992.

In 1982 or ‘83, Bob Filner was a guest speaker in my Point Loma College Master’s program. I

asked him a question: What do you think about politicians who run for office for personal gain?

He responded, “Present company excluded, of course.” I replied, “No. Present company not

excluded.”

•ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT GEORGE FREY oversaw the expenditures of all Integration

funds which were primarily federal funds. Integration being a key in this story: one murderer

was a black male; one victim was a black male. One murderer was a white female; one victim

was a white female. Frey was the black male victim.

•ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT AL COOK – black and slightly unstable in relation to

firearms according to his white ex-wife, Jan Cook, head counselor at Mann Middle School. In

1990, Cook was married to a much younger white woman named Willie Cook.

• MARUTA GARDNER - Administrator of the Year Mann Middle School Principal - white,

CIA Latvian translator, personal friends with Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton.

•ELIZABETH TOMBLIN. –white married administrator.

• REVEREND GEORGE WALKER SMITH Also a former school board member, Smith was on

San Diego Unified School District's Board of Education for four terms - 1963-79; he was the first

African American to serve on the Board of Education and served as the Board’s President. He

began his tenure by changing the ethnic composition of teachers; he was initially supportive of

school integration,

San Diego police Wednesday closed the investigation into the deaths of two San Diego school administrators, calling it a murder-suicide after a week of investigation that turned up personal writings by Assistant Supt. George Frey.

The bodies of Frey, 57, and Elizabeth Alene (Betty) Tomblin, 43--another official of the city school district--were found shot in the head at Frey's home 11 days ago. Frey, who had been divorced three times, and Tomblin, who was married, purportedly were romantically involved.

Repeatedly over months and then years, the San Diego FBI told me they were uninterested in the

activities of a man whose wife, SLA member Angela Atwood was on FBI’s Most Wanted who,

according to Gary, was the makeup artist for Oakland Superintendent Marcus Foster’s assassins

Russ Little and Joseph Remiro. Angela, or Angel, was also was the woman who held the gun on

Patty Hearst during the kidnapping.

in question – SDPD officials - to SDPD. San Diego FBI, under Bill Gore’s leadership was

uninterested in ANY new information I had even though Atwood admitted to me that he told me

The San Diego FBI directed me to go to the San Diego Police Department even though it was

SDPD officers who tailed me to the FBI Office. Jerry Sanders was police chief when SDPD

officers were breaking into my home and illegally tailing me.

SDPD Internal Affairs Sgt. Fasching identified one vehicle which tailed me to the FBI Office as

belonging to SDPD.

Another SDPD vehicle was parked outside CIA assassin Atwood’s home. I took pictures of it. SDPD

Internal Affairs identified that vehicle as Lt. Chris Ball’s SDPD vehicle which had a bumper sticker

reading, “OIS.” I asked Sgt. Faching what that meant. He replied, “Officer Involved Shooting”.

I asked if SDPD had any bumper stickers like that; Fasching said, “No”

Atwood’s residence, Gary admitted that a mysterious van in his backyard was “wired.”

Eventually FBI SAC Bill Gore lost his job with the FBI because of my exposing his crimes

9/11 Congressional Report Faults F.B.I.-C.I.A. Lapses By DAVID JOHNSTON

The Sept. 11 attacks were preventable, but the plot went undetected because of communications lapses between the F.B.I. and C.I.A., which failed to share intelligence related to two hijackers, a Congressional report to be released on Thursday says.

San Diego Unified School District has two legal names; the other being San Diego City Schools.

It is my belief that there is a criminal reason for this: double funding as the school district has a

history of refusing to release public financial data. SAC Bill Gore had been informed of this

repeatedly, and I sent him a letter with a flyer from Candidate Zimmerman, a San Diego Unified

School District member, running for re-election in which she revealed even she did not have

access to where all the consultation funding went. If a board member doesn’t know, than who

does?

As a well-informed and well-trained educator, I was well aware of how many “consultants” the

district needed and used. I was trained to audit schools by the state for Program Quality Review,

and the figures did not add up.

Should I document how many suspicious deaths are related to school funding/finances?

Why was Frey suspected of having bombs in his safe, and years later I was teaching next door to

a documented explosive expert years later. (Gary Atwood - associated with SLA police car pipe

bombers 1973-74. Not to mention the many bomb threats when I worked in the largest Iraqi

community in San Diego county – a Ramzi Yousef being one of the students in my charge.)

Three of my students who were the first 14-years olds tried in California as adults murdered the

pizza man who had delivered pizza to my home the week before. The connection is very

complex, but consistent with the big picture – a supercomputer named LUCID, designed by

NAZI scientists can cause car accidents and activate MK-ULTRA murders.

was local Toyota dealer John A. Rose – escaped NAZI Hermann Goering who faked his death one day before he

perpetrator whom I have extensively documented who was born on the day Goering was supposed to have been

The victim of the pizza murder, Tariq Khamisa, was the son of the man who sued John A. Rose.

An exposé appeared in the Reader Magazine; however, I cannot access it online. So the son of

the person suing Rose-Goering, who had delivered pizza to my home was murdered by three of

my students for $20.00. They were also Gary Atwood’s students. (We were their English and

History teachers, and not their math teachers.)

Two members of Roosevelt Junior High Budge Committee – mid 1990’s died within a short time

of each other:

after he reported thousands of dollars in theft of school property.

Not dead, but fired: Serra High School Vice Principal and former Roosevelt Junior High Vice

Principal Sandy Wiebe was fired for financial indiscretions.

Not dead, but fired: San Diego High Principal Tony Alfaro was fired for financial inequities. He

had been principal at Memorial Junior High and was principal at Roosevelt when I was Budget

Chair and Budget Secretary. It was my duty to collect financial documents for the Committee.

Alfaro refused to provide the needed documents, and a battle ensued between us resulting in

documented sexual harassment and informal threats.

Alfaro to Summers in Alfaro’s office: “Do you want to turn this into a

street fight?”

Summers to Alfaro: “Well, if that’s what it takes.”

REPORTING FINANCIAL CRIMES IN SDUSD TO SDPD:

•7-8. I reported the financial inequities to the school board which ignored the financial

indiscretions and the documented sexual harassment. I called SDPD Financial Crimes. Within

days, SDPD Captain Lesli Lord committed suicide after organizing an extremely successful

conference. The seasoned SDPD Detective investigating her homicide also committed suicide.

Maruta Gardner murdered Frey-Tomblin in 1990. In 1998, after my SDTA collective bargaining

agreements were violated repeatedly by Roosevelt Principal Marge Danshaw – Maruta Gardner’s

bridge playing buddy. I was, in violation of my contract, transferred for no good reason basically

because Danshaw lied and said she had to lose one English teacher. With 22 years seniority, she

transferred me and kept a teacher with 2 years seniority which was a TOTAL VIOLATION OF

MY BARGAINNED RIGHTS

I attended a pre-school workshop at Wilson Middle School instead of attending the workshop at

Roosevelt. Gardner was the speaker. As she spoke, I read the newspaper.

What was I reading within days of reporting Roosevelt’s financial inequities to SDPD?

As Gardner spoke, I read about the death of Cpt. Lesli Lord, one of eight SDPD Captains.

Captain Mike McCulloch was another. Mike’s wife, Robin, worked at Mann, and also knew that

Maruta had killed Frey and Tomblin. Mann employee Charles Love also suspected as much, and

his favorite nephew was falsely accused and convicted of rape and committed suicide in jail.

•In 2000, I requested that Roosevelt Principal Marge Danshaw be arrested for Conspiracy to

Once, probably 1998, when Atwood and I were discussing Danshaw’s violations against us,

Atwood, the explosives expert, told me he wanted to “put her car up a tree”. I told Gary that I

hated her too, but that I would never be involved with murder. Summers to Atwood: Don’t get

me wrong. I hate her too. I just wish she’d die of a heart attack or something.”

•9. Danshaw was dead within three days of my mailing the January, 2000, request to the District

Attorney. I saw Atwood after Danshaw’s death. The admitted CIA assassin smiled about her

death and said he had been in the area of her residence that night and that the DA had opened up

a file on him. She died of a heart attack on her birthday. For the record: I did not order Atwood

to kill her, or know anything about her death prior to reading her obituary in the paper three days

after I requested her arrest for Conspiracy to Commit Murder. Did Danshaw confess her part to

Alan Bersin? Did Alan Bersin order her killed because she would reveal Bersin’s incompetence

ANOTHER DEATH

•10. SDUSD Personnel Director George Flanigan violated my rights and soon died of a virulent

cancer.

•11. I reported five SDPD officers to Internal Affairs. Officer Donna Mauzy never completed

her interviews with Sgt. Fasching.

Mauzy, 38, killed June 23, 2001, when her Jeep was struck by a suspected drunken driver on Interstate 8 in El Cajon

as she was driving to work at the department's Central Division in Logan Heights.

"She could talk a crocodile into handcuffs," said police Chief David Bejarano in eulogizing the popular, 5-foot, 2-

inch, 110-pound officer during services at USD's Immaculata Church.

Articles were stolen from my car detailing the murder of three Mexican informants who had just

left San Diego FBI Office.

I saw Maruta Gardner at Pacific Beach. She pulled aside a fellow Mission Beach resident and

started whispering things about me to him. After she left, I went up to him and asked me what

she said. He told me she told him I was dangerous. That did it! I told him she was a double

murderer and that I would give him some documentation, and did so in a few days. When

Landsdown was selected to be police chief, I decided it was time for Gardner’s neighbors to

know about their neighbor so I printed up a flyer and distributed it to her neighbors – Jogger

Roger Hedgecock ran by and I handed him one. The SDPD Mobile Unit was in Mission Beach

so I gave them one. Within days SDPD Detective Barry Eldridge was squished by an 18

wheeler.

SAN DIEGO – A San Diego police detective on his way to work died today when his motorcycle crashed into a big rig on a

Miramar-area street, authorities said.

Barry Eldridge, 51, was headed west in the 7300 block of Miramar Road about 5:45 a.m. when the driver of an eastbound semi-truck made a left turn in his path, according to police.

The resulting collision killed Eldridge, a 24-year department veteran, SDPD Sgt. Rod Vandiver said. It was not immediately clear who was at fault for the wreck.

Tom Riggs had been a San Diego police officer for four years when he was

promoted to the rank of Agent. Reassigned to the Southeastern Division in 1984,

his up and coming career was about to come to a very violent end.

Riggs was the son of retired Sergeant Charles Riggs and the brother in law of slain

Officer Timothy Ruopp.

I met Donovan Jacobs, the officer shot with Riggs, when I went to a police ball game as a guest

of Robin and Mike McCulloch.

AFTERMATH

Jerry Sanders and Bill Gore have tried to have me murdered many times. One time I had to

attend a City Council Meeting, hand out flyers informing the people of Sanders’ threats.
