4-H Dollars & Sense Program
The 4-H Dollars & Sense program is designed to introduce elementary school students to concepts in budgeting and economics. This program focuses on 4th- 6th graders in the school system. Students receive an allowance for a given
month and then have the opportunity to spend that allowance at the booths provided.
This event was conducted with Rodburn, Clearfield, & Tilden Hogge Elementary Schools in the district on March
30th at the Carl Perkins Center.
Remember our Cancellation Policy
The Rowan County 4-H Program follows the same schedule as the Rowan County School System. If school is cancelled for the day due to inclement weather, all 4-H events and activities for the day and night will be cancelled. If you are in doubt about a meeting or activity, contact the Extension Office at 606.784.5457 or your club leader.
