• 3 days after registration - WELCOME & FIRST STEPS – Conditional based on whether or not they have updated their personal page.• 21 days after registration – HERE IS WHAT YOU DO NEXT – Conditional based on whether or not they have sent any emails.• 45 days after registration – ARE YOU GETTING WARMED UP – Conditional based on % goal raised is greater than or less than 25. We recommend persistence.• 65 days after registration – GETTING IN GEAR. THE SWIM IS ALMOST HERE – Conditional based on % of goal is greater than or less than 75. We recommend persistence.
