The LANHAM PROOF AND BAKE design is the basis for modern hi-tech
Baker Thermal Solutions conveyor ovens.
This durable oven is designed to uniformly bake bread, rolls and other
panned products. The unique oven circuit reverses the pans midway thru
travel, ensuring that every part of the pan is presented to exactly the same
baking conditions, and resulting in a very even bake. The conveyor oven is
offered in a variety of styles, including “Figure 8” and the traditional down
spiral design.
