Ms. Lili Pan has been working on LEED projects since 2008, the year she obtained LEED AP credential with high mark (190+). She has provided LEED consultancy services to many landmark projects in East Asia and practiced 'life cycle energy performance quality assurance' in those projects through energy modelling, building commissioning / retro commissioning and measurement & verification. L GEES has been the first USGBC Education Partner in Greater China since 2013.

He has a wide range of professional knowledge in construction, project management, operation and maintenance across different commercial environments. In addition to his wealth of experience in Facility Management, Alain has been working in energy improvement projects across different facilities and successfully implemented several major retrofitting for building energy consumption systems to achieve substantial energy conservation.
