Motorway operators are keen in trying to satisfy the needs of truck drivers in terms of safe areas where to park and rest for a long period having high quality services.

Security and frauds on toll

• Mainly in the case of international transactions, Operators are objectively hampered in the retrieval of the registered holder and for the individualization

of the registered holder and for the individualization of channels for payment of the due toll and taxes.

• Increasing complexity of technologies and increasing numbers of operators.

One-by-one enforcement is needed for system credibility and reliability. Legal instruments underpin the function.
