method statements – identifying access routes,

weight of maximum lifts, the type of lifting equipment

needed, maximum radius and any restrictions.

Where equipment is being interfaced, for example

a Post Hoist with a Tablet Press, our detailed

interface layout drawings support a seamless on-site

integration of the different equipment.

we act as a single point of contact and take full

responsibility – from design, build and testing to

most advanced processing solutions for leading

pharmaceutical manufacturers across the UK and

Ireland. During the installation phase, our project

manager will be actively present on-site from the

moment the truck arrives, taking responsibility for

off-loading, mechanical lifting and positioning. We

oversee every element of the installation phase,

including all electrical, water and drain connections

and steam lines, and installing ducts.
